Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ÒfinAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Modifications to Terms
